FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?

We are happy to travel all over the UK, but we would require an additional fee for travelling off the Isle of Wight.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

Every event is different so we don't have a standard fee. Please contact us with your event information for a quote.

 

CAN YOU PERFORM OUR FIRST DANCE SONG CHOICE, OR OTHER FAVOURITE SONGS?

Yes! As standard, we would offer to play your first dance song choice for all wedding bookings. We are also happy to play any other favourite songs you want to hear; all we ask is that we have a few weeks' notice to ensure it's performed to our high standards.

 

HOW LONG WILL YOU PLAY FOR?

It depends on what suits you best. The packages that we offer are 2 hours, 2 and a half hours, or 3 hours of live music, with short breaks in between sets.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO SET UP AT THE VENUE?

We ask for a minimum of an hour to set up and sound check. With all of our packages, we offer to set up during the day before any of your guests arrive.

 

WHAT WILL YOU WEAR?

We will always dress suitably for the occasion and coordinate our look to be smart and stylish. Please check our Photos and Video pages for reference. If you have a colour theme, or even a fancy dress theme for your event, we are more than happy to incorporate this into our outfits.

HOW LOUD WILL YOU PLAY?

As a party band, we like to make some noise to create a fun atmosphere! We do have the option to use electronic drums and smaller amps to reduce the volume if needed in certain venues. We would also use this setup for smaller spaced venues.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR DJ SERVICE?

We offer a DJ service to help keep your costs down, removing the need for you to book both a band and a DJ. We provide specially crafted playlists through our PA and lighting system to cover your music needs in one package. This service is for 1 hour before our first set, in between our sets to cover breaks, and 1 hour after we have finished performing our last set.

 

ARE YOU COVERED BY INSURANCE?

Yes, we are fully covered under Public and Product Liability Insurance up to £10,000,000 and all of our equipment is PAT tested. We can supply any certification that is required to you or your chosen venue.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE ALL YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT?

We provide all of our own top of the range equipment including a full PA system, smoke machines and lighting for stage area and dance-floor. All that we require is a power supply.

 

DO YOU USE DIFFERENT BAND MEMBERS? AND WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE MEMBER IS ILL?

We pride ourselves on using the same 4 members for every event, unlike a lot of bands that have unrehearsed session musicians that turn up on the day. In the unlikely event that one of our members is unable to perform, we do have cover available from other professional musicians that know our repertoire and could step in and perform to our high standards. Please rest assured, we have never had to cancel and we would do everything possible to ensure that you were not let down!

 

CAN WE ASK YOU NOT TO PLAY SPECIFIC GENRES OR SONGS?

Of course, just let us know! We have a large repertoire and are flexible with what we play. We create our set lists to suit all tastes, but we understand if there are certain genres or songs that you don't want to hear. Also let us know if you want to hear more of something in particular. It is your event after all!

 

HOW DO I BOOK FUSION?

DO I HAVE TO PAY IN FULL WHEN I BOOK?

No, we only require a small deposit to secure your chosen date. Once this is received, a signed booking contract will be sent out to you. We then require full payment 10 days prior to the event.
